So - do you ever feel like you're in a rush for no reason?

You feel this sense of urgency like there's a clock ticking yet there's no actual imminent time threat?

Well, just know that it's a thing.

I've found myself, on many occasions, moving at a break neck speed for absolutely no reason.

This restless energy has to do with multiple factors stemming from our dyslexia and ADHD (if you also have it).

It's a deeper dive for another article but I wanted to at least share my remedy for when I'm feeling rushed for nothing.

Music…

I'll just go to YouTube and type in Focus Music, Chill Music, Lofi, ADHD Music or Work Music.

There are thousands of hours of music to slow you down - for free.

Because, as you probably already know, hurrying pointlessly makes you miss out on the present.

And if life is a gift then, don't you want to be present for its presents as they present themselves in the present?

Lol! I can't believe i just wrote that 😂😂
